Jimmah must not have liked CyMc being the biggest embarrassment to Georgia

According to former President Jimmy Carter it's just a couple of Jews. What's the big deal?

Mr. Carter, we had hostages held for 444 days in Iran due to your incompetence. Please build your habitat homes and stay out of the Middle East. For that matter stay out of Venezuelan elections too. Hugo thanks you for that sham you certified down there.

SPIEGEL: You also mentioned the hatred for the United States throughout the Arab world which has ensued as a result of the invasion of Iraq. Given this circumstance, does it come as any surprise that Washington's call for democracy in the Middle East has been discredited?

Carter: No, as a matter of fact, the concerns I exposed have gotten even worse now with the United States supporting and encouraging Israel in its unjustified attack on Lebanon.

SPIEGEL: But wasn't Israel the first to get attacked?

Carter: I don't think that Israel has any legal or moral justification for their massive bombing of the entire nation of Lebanon. What happened is that Israel is holding almost 10,000 prisoners, so when the militants in Lebanon or in Gaza take one or two soldiers, Israel looks upon this as a justification for an attack on the civilian population of Lebanon and Gaza. I do not think that's justified, no.

Comments:
RW: Jimmy needs to grow some peanuts.

RW,

This quote put me in a really bad mood:

"SPIEGEL: One main points of your book is the rather strange coalition between Christian fundamentalists and the Republican Party. How can such a coalition of the pious lead to moral catastrophes like the Iraqi prison scandal in Abu Ghraib and torture in Guantanamo?"

Oh, so not only are Christians never permitted to commit "sins" that "non-believers" do (like O.U.I.'s) lest they be called "hypocritical", every perversion that takes place is their responsiblity.

Nice way to spread the guilt around, which ultimately means that the truly guilty never see any consequences for their actions.

Buy Danish,

...the truly guilty never see any consequences for their actions.

That is liberalism in a nutshell. (and a nutshell is the proper place for it)

RW,

Yes, and that is WooT in a nutshell.

I forgot to file a page today so I can't respond to PF. One of my particularly rabid posts to him was ill-timed because of the 5 minute delay, and it made it look like I was completely ignoring his words to me, when in fact I was responding to his designation of us as members of the Taliban who must be impeached and jailed.

Oh well. Anyone who thinks that Midori is a good writer and talks about @@'s tampons is not who I'd rely on first for advice. Besides, he hasn't had to deal with Huge Gas Bag for months on end.

Buy Danish,

If you want me to forward any message let me know.

Polly seemed especially vile today. What does Midori ever write?

RW,

Phew, I thought it was just me.

I don't know what Midori writes either. She went into her psychotic parrot routine today posting obscenities to Andy and then posting the whole thing again, but I wouldn't describe that as poetry.

Honestly I can't quite figure PF out. Maybe he's being sarcastic when he praises Midori for her "French" as in "pardon my..."?

I appreciate the offer to forward a message, but at this point I think I'm blogged out. Amazing!

Besides I'm reading a great Pulitzer Prize winning novel which I thought I would hate - "Middlesex" - and I'm anxious to get back to 1920s Greece.

G'nite.

I really think that he thinks he's funny. I'll have to check with Nurse Ratched.

I'm kind of blogged out myself. I've got to take some skills tests in the AM and then work behind enemy lines at Cox tomorrow and Saturday so they may get a break from me for a while.

Goodnight!
